Per the Project Owner’s requirements, we assess and monitor key indicators such as the reliability, availability, and maintainability of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the construction stages (RIBA stages 2 to 7). Our dedicated team liaises with subject matter experts, inspects installations, witnesses testing and commissioning, and generates reports for the Project Owner to ensure the project is completed successfully.
